Web Accessibility Policy

Navigation Aids

This site does not use access keys as a navigation aid. There are just too many conflicts with browser access keys and screen reader access keys to make access keys a viable site navigation aid.

This site does use links to skip to content, a portion of the content, or to the top of the content area.

Fonts and Font Style

With exception of the Photo Album, this site uses the default settings in the browser for the font size and for the sans-serif font. If you wish to view the site in a larger font, you just need to change your default font size. If you prefer a different font family, just change the sans-serif font. The Web pages should rescale to your new settings. Scaling to a smaller font size may result in page formating problems, because of image sizes.

Images

All images include the alt attribute. Images requiring a more extensive description use the longdesc attribute. While all images in the Photo Album have an alt tag, the information depends on the individual posting the photo.
