Eddie Gray 2

My name is Maria Bell. I am the Promotions Coordinator at Casino Pauma in Pauma Valley, California. On Christmas Eve, I noticed Eddie Gray as he was entering Casino Pauma. Of course, Security was talking to him about all the gear he was carrying. I suppose they were doing the usual procedures. Anyway, I was walking back to the Palm Club later, and I saw him watching tv in the Lounge. I stopped and asked him where he was hiking from. Then, I got the full story. Eddie Gray is travelling the states bringing the lives of Veterans to the foreground. After talking to Eddie, I appreciated more and more the plight of the Veteran. I have two brothers in the military now. One, my youngest brother, is in Iraq right now and another brother will be retiring from the Navy next year. My own husband served in Desert Storm as a Marine. My mother was a nurse in the Air Force and my Grandfather was a Sea Bee and in the Army Corps of Engineers. I can't leave out my Uncle Art, who retired as a Lt. Col. in the Marines. My entire family is military, so anything Eddie Gray does is awesome. I hope I was able to make Eddie's visit to the Casino one he will remember. I hope we treated Eddie with the respect and honor any Veteran would deserve. Semper Fi!
